PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
Focus On Your Improvements!
Our Personal Training sessions are individualized training appointments that range from 30 mins to 2 hours depending on the goals of the individual. These sessions can be in-person or remote with tailored programming and constant coaching throughout each session. Personal Training is targeted for clientele who wish to take their performance and health goals into their own hands.
These sessions offer a high level of coaching and programming. Prior to training sessions, each client is taken through our assessment process. The assessment includes our Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, injury history inquiries, and goals setting session. Tools utilized in these sessions may include Movement Training, Stretch training, Strength, Speed, and Power Training.
ONE-ON-ONE SPORT TRAINING
BUILD YOUR SKILLS!
Our one-on-one sessions take a focused approach at the athlete's age, skillset, and athleticism. We work together to set goals and expectations for the athletes progress. These sessions can be in-person or remote. Through a thorough analytical process we record advances as well as opportunities to improve.
These sessions offer a high level of coaching and programming. Prior to training sessions, each client is taken through our assessment process. The assessment includes our Injury history inquiries, Experience, physical readiness questionnaire and goals setting session. Tools utilized in these sessions may include Sport-Specific Movement Training, Stretch training, Strength, Speed, and Power Training.
